BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

​

  • Upon booking a $25 - $45 Non-Refundable and  one-time transferable deposit is required.

  • Your deposit amount will be deducted from your final service cost.

  • Remaining balance will be accepted via Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay

 

Cancellation Policy

​

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Remember deposits are transferable only once, if you must reschedule please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, if not you will be required to re-book and pay your Non-Refundable deposit. 

 

Late Policy

​

  • After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

 

How do I prepare for my appointment?

​

  • Duration of service is only an estimate, because I want to provide the best service possible I do not rush my work.

  • Your hair must be washed, blow dried and free of product upon arrival. If your hair is not properly washed or you wish to add wash and blow dry to your service the fee is $15

  • I do provide my own products but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

  • Please arrive on time.

  • No extra guests.

  • Mask are required.

  • If I observe that you cannot sit through a service due to sickness or intoxication you will be asked to reschedule.
